The COSFOM training strategy is design along training of trainer courses for project staff at PMU, DPMU and NGO level as well as village-level training courses for project beneficiaries.
On technical matters on agriculture the project is cooperation with the ICAR Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). A comprehensive training course on pig raising was recently organised for 26 village participants at their training center.
Subject specialists are further recruited through national and international short-term consultants with support provided by GFA consulting group.
