Teinem village participants were exposed to the successful springshed pilot in Lunghar village, Ukhurl district during a one day exposure trip.
The one day exposure trip aimed at raising awareness for the importance of physical and biological interventions to be conducted in the springshed area.
The springshed rejuvenation commenced three years ago as part of the cooperation between the Directorate of Environment and Climate Change with the national NGO ACWADAM.
